Chef Garrett Hurley

Garrett Hurley grew up in the rich and abundant culinary environment of southern California. While graduating with honors from the highly regarded California Culinary Academy “Le Cordon Blue”, he worked in some of the best kitchens in San Francisco, including Aqua and the Slanted Door.  He later made his way back down south and landed a sous chef job at one the best French restaurants in Southern California, Aubergine. Wanting to expand his horizon on world cuisine he then, worked for world famous Roy Yamaguchi at Roy’s in Newport Beach, California.

Garrett moved to Costa Rica in 2011. He helped open the Tiki Hut in Marbella, and in 2013 opened his very own restaurant with the help of his wife Marcela. Amigos Bar & Grill is a hidden gem here in Costa Rica. He has now ventured into the private catering world, having access to some of the best seafood in the world and working with local farmers, Garrett is ready to dazzle you with a culinary treat.

Chef Adriana from Artecomestible is a specialist in Vegan and Vegetarian dishes, as also, in Asian and Latin fusions.

Yenny’s Thai Food offers an authentic traditional Thai food experience. With over 5 years of experience,where Ilearned to cook alongside aThai chef. 
W e exclusively use organic products and many traditional Thai spices and aromas, such as Kaffir, Lemon Grass, and Galangal. We offer more than 10 dishes, from Som Tam (green papaya salad) to Tom Ka Gai soup, Pad Thai, red or green curry, Massaman, among others.

Costa chef Tamarindo

Daniel Guadamuz grew up on a Farm located in the

blue zone of Guanacaste where he learned how to

cook traditional recipes from his family’s

Heritage.

He spent his time working on the farm with cows,

horses, chickens, and pigs and harvesting local

vegetables & fruits with his grandparents.

After culinary school Daniel moved onto working

in local restaurants and large hotels along the

Guanacaste coast.

He then opened up a small restaurant in a small

surf town and moved it into a Food trailer where

he travels to share his passion for

food…especially burgers.

He continues to create authentic meals that are

inspired by his culture and infused with

traditions and his love for cooking.
